Pros
The environment is very customer-oriented, and develops the habit of WANTING to go the extra mile for customers. As far as working retail stores go, Bass Pro is simply the top dog. Where else has real wildlife where ever you look? In a building 300,000 ft? Interesting people, good customers, lots of products, and the coolest scenery around !
Cons
Management is extremely anal-retentive when it comes to maintaining product placement eg clothing on the rack must constantly have quasi-equal spacing between their hangers.
