Pros
The atmosphere of the store and its enthusiastic customers make it fun place to work. The staff are great, knowledgeable people who treat each like family. Also, you can't beat the awesome employee discount.
Cons
The fact that it's retail, your schedules are never set in stone, the hours are crazy and days are long, sometimes even too short to be worth the gas money. Management is the biggest con, they do not care about their employees and make poor choices that end up hurting their employees, rather themselves. Favoritism is very huge in this company and HR does nothing about it.
