      -Seems to try and sincerely "do the right thing" by the Associate (ex: instead of hiring two part time jobs, they elevated one associate to full time in the position since she had been doing well and had a family to support) -Awesome Associate Discount -Solid Associate Incentive Programs (like, Assoc. of the Month and Year) -Casual dress code/comfortable dress code

      Good discount on in house brands

      Cons

      Toxic management runs rampant at most stores, multiple managers keep their jobs after saying racist or sexist things to both employees or customers. If you’re a good worker they expect you to do the work for your coworkers who are lazy / not doing their job and if you complain you’re the problem. Pay is a joke. Annual raises are never more than $0.20 a year, sometimes as low as $0.07.
