Pros

Promoting from within in most cases by recognizing good people. Comparable salaries for the area. Managers do not seem to micro-manage by letting leads take a big part in responsibility and decision making.

Cons

In some situations I have noticed managers need to be more involved and stand behind a leads decision or else provide more training and inside knowledge to the leads pertaining to customer service(i.e. what management will and won't do for a customer). Evaluations seem to be very vague and rushed through instead of honestly recognizing and rewarding exceptionally good work and attendance.

Good discount on in house brands

Cons

Toxic management runs rampant at most stores, multiple managers keep their jobs after saying racist or sexist things to both employees or customers. If you’re a good worker they expect you to do the work for your coworkers who are lazy / not doing their job and if you complain you’re the problem. Pay is a joke. Annual raises are never more than $0.20 a year, sometimes as low as $0.07.
