Pay is very low across the board. Benefits are nothing special and raises are a joke at less than the CPI. Very antiquated in attitude as well as technology. Very little regard for the wellbeing of their employees. They "sell" you on how family oriented they are, how employees are important, but it's all smoke a mirrors. The longer you stay the more you see the truth. Expect large rounds of layoffs for higher paid employees ever few years followed by a career fair to bring in younger staff they can pay less.
