Benefits are not good Pay is in the lowest 25% across the board outside of upper management Very antiquated process for almost everything Departments are disconnected they do not work well with each other Associates and departments are understaffed and overworked We preach work life balance and living an outdoor lifestyle once you are here there is none PTO is 2 weeks for your first 7 years very little flexibility for work / life balance Raises are very minimal the only time often management has to leave and then are paid to return.
