you are not an empowered person at bass pro, so you don't get the sense of being vested in the company. They have many bosses but not many leaders and it takes leaders to make a company great. every boss does or wants it another way nothing is ever clear or defined. There quick to jump all over you for something wrong but no praise for good work or effort, and most of the time there chatting with one another instead of leading the team to a great work experience.The sense that they could care less about there employees is apparent and reiterated on a daily.
