Poor management - Customer Service Bass Pro Shops Employee Review

Good work environment. Great Benifits.

No cons really. Great place to work.

You get to wear jeans.

They rush through training you, make you work your department by yourself most the time, tell you that you’ll get 15 minute breaks and then never give you them or give them to you late, people call in all the time in the store. They lie when they are helping you to learn new skills. All they want to do is abuse the employees until burned out and will change you to run a cash register or be a greeter when it’s not the job you were hired for.
