Pros

1) North america Purchase Manager and Finland Invoicing until standalone, software was a great success. 2) Integrating Verian P2P and Basware is also good, but not great as standalone. 3) Purchase Manager SaaS project core architecture design is so robust, it can be integrated with any third party with minimum configurations. 4) And of-course technology team who developed/Maintained this software are smart, flexible, dedicated and adaptable to latest technology and modern standards. It wouldn't have been possible without that team.

Cons

1) After First quarter 2019, Core Technology team Layoffs and Experienced leaders Resignations , the product now is messed up with integration, specially Purchase to pay piece. 2 ) Since Experienced and Capable leaders left the company, most of existing Intermediate Developers and Juniors are moved to leadership and management roles, Now all the progress made is just to save jobs. As an outcome the remaining good techies already made their way out. 3) The unplanned management without any proper plans of knowledge transfer made a resource list as part of lay off's and now struggling to rehire same people with all possible bargaining. 4) The Pros are now Cons, since the team was pillar to the software. Now because the same team are no more with company, it became challenging to get same skill set as replacement.

Pros

They pay for all airfare with the Corp Credit card

Cons

Started an account expansion team in 2026, led by an inexperienced RVP with little to no management skills and a very tactical approach. Product enablement in Finland did not translate to what customers owned. 5 weeks before accounts were assigned. Another 2 weeks before comp plans were issued. ARR price points were a fraction of what was communicated during the interview process. No customer information available in SFDC. Needed to access multiple systems to find contracts and customer entitlements. The expense reporting system is almost unusable.
