Pros
Working in admissions was very rewarding. You get to meet students and families who are curious and passionate about the school and your personal experience, get to plan interactive events, and work closely with colleagues, creating a team-oriented atmosphere.
Cons
Some of the hiring and promotions did not seem transparent and were rather arbitrary.
