      Bates is a tremendous employer and has provided a very hospitable work environment for me. The benefits are second to none and you feel a sense of pride being an employee for the college

      Good scheduling and work-life balance for student jobs.

      Cons

      Hard to find good jobs as they close quickly. Have a resume ready to go before the applications come out.
