      Pros

      I like working at Bates because the expectations are high for professionals but also reasonable in terms of work/life balance. The benefits are solid and there are many side benefits such as gym access and wellness programs, etc. Also a partial hybrid option in my division.

      Staffing can be lean or fluid because people move on to make more money elsewhere

      Good scheduling and work-life balance for student jobs.

      Cons

      Hard to find good jobs as they close quickly. Have a resume ready to go before the applications come out.
