      Pros

      I had a wonderful experience working as a teaching assistant in the economics department. The hours were flexible, the students are motivated, and the staff are great.

      Cons

      I do not have any as of now. My experience was great and I would suggest working at Bates to anyone.

      Good scheduling and work-life balance for student jobs.

      Cons

      Hard to find good jobs as they close quickly. Have a resume ready to go before the applications come out.
