Pros

Creative work, in tune with trends. Always something new to work on.

Cons

Challenges of a typical large corporation -- design work has to go through many eyes up the ladder before revisions come back your way which can lead to tight turnarounds. Once you reach senior level, there is not much room for growth due to limited positions beyond that.

Pros

Overall okay retail work, weekdays are pretty chill and can get pretty boring but the management at the time I worked there was pretty nice and understanding. Very easy to transfer locations if needed, I transferred back and forth 2 or 3 times because of school and I lived many states away and they always helped.

Cons

Not enough hours outside of holiday seasons Stayed past my shifts often for callout hours just to get more hours Not enough pay for what is dealt with. Customers are weirdly very rude a lot of the time, worse on weekends, most weekdays were fine. I always found the rudeness ridiculous more than anything and managers typically believed us about it.
