Pros

30% discount at all Limited Brands companies (bbw, vs, wcb). Gratis products.

Cons

ACES uses management's ratings of employees from 1 to 4 and provides hours depending on how management rates. Hardly ever receive hours. Some hours are taken away with less than a day's notice. Even if you volunteer for additional night hours, they won't award it to you. Management will end shifts early. Management comes and goes working hours as they please, even if they are not scheduled. At or below minimum wage pay. If you are not scheduled and miss a theme, management does not want to give you your gratis gifts.

Cons

Work/life balance can be hard, especially around the holidays

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
