Pros

Its a fun and outgoing place to work at. You get gratises almost every month sometimes even a free 3 wick. Its a pretty wasy place to work as long as you can da with a fast-paced environment.

Cons

On call shifts can be really annoying because u dont actually knkw when youre off until midway through the shift. Theres a lot of pressure to make your sales goals but we dont get commission so its kind of hard to actually care about it. Email capture can be irritating as well as we are forced to ask each time and mark down our yes's and no's and get in trouble if we arent getting enough emails.

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
