Pros

This is an okay job for a high school student still living with parents, or even a college student that doesn't need much money or have much time to work. I liked the environment of the job. It's generally upbeat.

Cons

But if you have rent or other financial obligations to meet, don't work here because you will not get a lot of hours. This seems to be the same at all the Bath & Body Works. I've worked at 2 different stores during my time with this company, and I've met other people that has worked for them at other locations. I wouldn't recommend working here.

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
