Pros

Great Place to learn the ins and outs of customer service

Cons

-management expects workers to do all the work and do nothing themselves. -if something isn't done, whether you were supposed to do it or not, doesn't matter, if you're working, it is your fault it is not done. -Horrible scheduling, never hours unless you suck up to manager or if it's Christmas time -Very little chance of advancement, since they would rather higher externally even when you are fully qualified for the job and have been there for a very long time.

Generous pay for management, paid holidays and maternity leave for full timers, good benefits. Treats us more like humans than any other business I’ve ever worked for

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
