      Pros

      Everyone of my co-workers and managers like each other and get along great!! When I go in for a shift it never feels like work. The work is easy, and it's fun to see new products before the public. Also, you receive a 30% discount for there and Victoria's Secret. They are also extremely understanding when you need time off or can't make a shift. I started there for a holiday job. It's now June and I still have no plans to leave.

      Cons

      During the slow times, shifts can be few and far between. There is also very little room for advancement, but it's perfect for an after work/school job to put a few more dollars in your account.

      Pros

      Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

      Cons

      Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
