      Pros

      Top notch people, challenging technical work. No formal dress code, flex time, on site cafeteria, fitness center, credit union, dry cleaners, lots of plusses for the 'life' part of work-life.

      Cons

      Keeping touch in technical areas where work isn't funded. Securing funding. Competitive business landscape (not so much a 'con' as a reality).
