Pros
Salary is competitive. Work, life, balance is strongly encouraged. Flexible schedules is a huge plus.
Cons
Pay raises are low or nonexistent annually. Too many layers of management. Constant reorgs. Bonuses and tuition reimbursements doesn't apply to all staff. Deminishing benefits to "meet industry standards" (I'll partially blame Obamacare for that one). No sick leave. They don't compensate for parking or metro. Pension plan is no longer.
