Pros
Pay is good since there is built in overtime to the work schedule.
Cons
There are no raises the first year. It's a pro-rated set amount. Management only recognizes skill sets to use them, not reward them. Only 80 hours PTO a year. That's sick and vacation combined. Everyday is like groundhogs day. Undo what you did yesterday and redo it. No space to work, not enough computers, no place to take breaks. Very limited opportunities for promotion or lateral transfers.
