      Get to actually write software.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity for growth. Good luck getting compensated for your contributions. Want to go to a company meeting? -- you have to do it on your own time. Return to work policy is badly disguised as collaborative effort, when it's definitely related to taxes. Thanks Mr. CEO.
