-Constant changes with little to no training -It will take 3+ years to get promoted from entry tech to higher level tech. Raises are minimal, so best way to get a pay raise is to promote. -Communication is low between departments leading to conflicting information -Training sessions are hard to come by after you are initiated -Upper Management doesn't take into account the word of the people doing the hands on work -Ethical shortcomings. Production is often prioritized even when understaffed or set up is incomplete/done incorrectly.
