Management is top heavy. Stress from the top down is crushing. Quotas are so out of line with reality. Management is now all from Alcon - completely different environment. Your voice, suggestions are not heard, nor acted upon. Not a pleasant place to be. No work life balance. There are no opportunities for advancement. The few perks that we had are now gone.
