      - great ambience / everyone works as a team - good pay - time off is splendid - room for growth - best sales training - good products - managers are helpful - great benefits - a gym in headquarters (NJ)

      Cons

      - currently last in market share for contact lenses but that only means you can only go up! - no more cons really...
