When I was being targeted for indirect bullying I went to the overnight manager and was told that I was misinterpreting the situation aka being delusional. That’s not supposed to come out of the mouth of someone in a “leadership” position. The workplace culture was very HOSTILE, if they deem you as a threat, they will target you.
