      The local division culture kept a small company feel. Much of the work is self-directed.

      Cons

      A large corporation is beholden to shareholders above all else. So, if closing a facility looks like it will boost share price, the facility gets axed.

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
