      Pay is good but alot of fake nice

      Not clear of what is expected in the role and when you ask you get either the run around or told " don't worry about it" RUN from this place they will have you train and tell you you're doing great just to fire you because of popularity high bs office crap. If you want to stay employed and good culture go else where. They will play in your face HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
