      - interesting and diverse product portfolio - good working conditions and working environment - patients are important to the company - capable senior mangement

      Cons

      - poor HR - slow pace in promotion, hiring and decision making - northern illinois locations are too dominant and create constraints for rest of world

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
