      Pros

      So much to do to bring up company to pharma level. Loose structure give a lot of opportunities to do things differently.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from Global Head Office. Once you realize that shouldn't expect much from them, you feel more free to do things in your own way!

      Sometimes pay, but not worth potentially losing your job

      Cons

      Layoffs every few months. Too many middle management that don't have any technical skills. Will be sold off to equity firms in the next 5 to 10 years
