      Worked with some great people, flexibility on working remotely, fair salary

      Cons

      You are just a number in the scheme of things. No matter how long you've been there. Layoffs are inevitable and once you reach a certain salary level, you will be cut and they will outsource your position or will rehire at a much lower salary level.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
