Pros

Good colleagues to work with overall.

Cons

The company states "ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE IN EVERYTHING WE DO" but then hire cheap labour workers from asia through agents like ozone in malta to pay half of what direct entree's earn. There are some lab specialists like myself who are earning 4.50-5€ an hour for the same title job as me, when i am earning almost 9€ per hour just because they are a cheap company run by goons who earn hefty bonuses. Pay is also a disaster. Everyone gets paid a different salary even though they do the same job, every march we have a salary review and management always say that the company hasn't been doing well financially, therefore they can't add so much to your salary, then proceed to send countless emails about how many billions in profit they made that year. Overtime stated in contract, yet when asked for overtime your supervisor proceeds to say that overtime is cut due to tight budgeting. When you complain about your salary, they will tell you "if you don't like it then leave". HR management are bullies who threaten people's jobs for the smallest mistakes and the pompous R&D Management, and the director himself is also a bully who sees everyone below him merely as an ant.

Pros

Remote Flexibility: The ability to work remotely was a massive benefit, allowing for great autonomy, daily independence, and the ability to focus entirely on deliverables without distraction. Product Portfolio: Working here provides excellent exposure to complex matrix operations,

Cons

Workplace Culture: The internal team environment can be highly toxic, fragmented, and lacking in genuine support or positive morale. There is an over-rotation on pointing out negativity rather than fostering constructive or collaborative growth. Management Style: There is a noticeable disconnect in leadership, with heavy systemic pressure and a cultural noise that can be difficult to navigate if you are not isolated from the main hubs. The level of micromanagement is exceptionally high, which stifles individual autonomy. Furthermore, cross-border or cross-functional communication with team members in other countries is heavily restricted and actively frowned upon, creating unnecessary operational silos.
