We're so pleased you found the Baxter benefits package good. We aim to ensure our compensation package is competitive. It's disappointing to read that you were unhappy with upper management and staffing issues. We will feed this back as we want to constantly improve and make Baxter a better workplace for all.

*Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation.
*Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished.
