      Pros

      -they let employees do a rotational program that allows them to see all the different paths they can choose to follow once in the company.

      Cons

      -communication is not very good. -feedback given to employees can be improved -salary is very low as compared to others in the field (intern & newly hired, i don't know about others)

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
