      pay, no weekends, great location, easy work sitting in a chair

      stressful assignments that are NEVER properly explained to you. Typical BS management tactics to scare everyone into asking NO questions, thus screwing up work Supervisors picked their favorites amongst us, made very inappropriate jokes all day long, felt like i was in a fraternity every single day

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
