Some people have been with company as many as 40 years - mostly really friendly welcoming people - each branch and the corporate office has events throughout the year for teambuilding - employee discounts on alarm services - profit-sharing - a lot of diversity, but not in management positions - business is expanding, and for good reason. Great alarm service, amazing customer service. - competitive pay for technical employees
Cons
- the very few people who aren't pleasant to work with are extremely unpleasant to work with - minimal time off and sick days, and they have to be accrued - no competitive pay for non-technical employees - although a lot of people stay with the company for decades, many other people just come for the paycheck - the family who owns the company is 90% great, but a couple are unpleasant and condescending
