The only way to succeed at Bay Alarm is if you suck up to management, get on their good side and become "favored". Too much work given and little pay. Managers and supervisors do little work, would not even take a customer complaint phone call. Would spend most of the time browsing the internet or chatting with other managers/supervisors. Micro-managed every move you made, even how many times you went to the bathroom. If you were 1 second late, you would not make bonus for the month.
