I am glad to hear that you have learned a lot during your time here, we have so many talented people who are open to sharing their knowledge with others who want to learn. I am surprised to hear that a leader here would say they got ahead by backstabbing. I know this works in many other companies but not here at Bay. We know that how we get the work done is just as important as (if not more) than what work we get done. We promote those who put others first and are humble.
