Pros
Baycare has a great culture, is a non profit, has great benefits, and trains it's employees well! My Site Manager is down to earth, professional, and understanding. Policies and Procedures in my office are clear, and my coworkers and I work well as a team. Benefits come into affect 2 months after hire.
Cons
I had to wait 2 weeks before starting training due to new hire orientation scheduling, making my actual first day in the office 3 weeks after accepting the offer.
