Business Outlook
Pros
I was given a lot of autonomy for being an intern. The medical staff I worked with were all very friendly, passionate and well-knowledge. I was able to learn a lot and it really felt like I had a say despite working with large players within the company.
Cons
Communication with management was sometimes productive, sometimes not. Work expectations were sometimes vague. After finishing the internship and doing a lot of work for them I decided to apply for a full-time spot. There was zero feedback from some jobs I applied to and was well qualified for. I talked with my managers and HR, in which I was told I was another number in their massive amount of applicants. I got a few offers from other companies and am no longer applying to BayCare.
