It was an easy job taking calls. That was the only pro

Cons

The downsides of this job is it is on the bottom of the totem pole, down there with EVS(environmental services). Management is terrible in this department. If you messed up, you were threatened with being fired. You can not go to HR. Pay is not that good. There are no set schedules. This is pretty much an on-call job. If you are set for 40 hours a week, you wont know until week of what your schedule is. There is so much office politics going on, it is insane. I would highly recommend not to take this job. There are many openings but please do not apply.
