Pros
401K plan is the only Pro I can think of and some team members that care, but are not there long enough to inflict change
Cons
Horrible work load, lack of training, set up for failure, not enough hands to handle the work and terrible turnover, so got to figure out things in sinker swim mentality and no support from your team members since everyone is overworked and stressed. Quality people leave quickly within a year and chances of transferring are slim. It was an amazing experience of how NOT to run a company
