More concerned about perception than real work at times. Work was very silo'd, often finished with nothing else to do but stare at computer screen after asking my boss and coworkers for additional projects. NO HEALTH INSURANCE FOR 90 DAYS. Funny how a health group company and the largest employer in Tampa Bay can't give its own workers health insurance until after 3 months while most other large organizations started their benefits on day 1. From an HR perspective, this organization is behind the times and very conservative. If you like change, progress, and collaboration, you might want to look elsewhere for work.
