Transporter - Patient Transporter BayCare Health System Employee Review

You are considered the lowest of the company. You're just a transporter. You are pushed to get 3 patients an hour and whenever you voice opinions or concerns to management, you are never heard. I hate my job at BayCare, the only reason I'm still working there is because I need to make ends meet. They write you up for anything and everything, work you to the bone, degrade your work and efforts, and will literally write you up to keep you from transferring to a different department.
