Great Hospital! - Patient Care Technician BayCare Health System Employee Review

Our nursing managers really cares about the staff. I am a tech in a 30 bed unit and when i first started, there would be 3 techs on the floor so we would each get ten patients. Recently she hired a lot of staff so now there will be four techs on the floor which really makes a huge difference! So now 2 techs will have 7 patients and the other 2 will have 8 patients which tremendously improve the quality of patient care. Another reason why Baycare is one the best hospitals is because they really emphasize on quality care which is was makes it one of the best hospitals in the Tampa Bay area.
