Poor structure and lack of management - Lab Technician BayCare Health System Employee Review

Lack of structure, poor communication and poor management. Techs get bullied to the point of crying and management just shrugs it off. Very upsetting and unprofessional environment. High employee turnover due to this. This should never be an issue at a large company such as Baycare. If an employee is bullied, HR should be involved immediately!! The manager and director should NEVER shrug this off because they're too busy to deal with it.
