Lack of professionalism; Management ineffective managing team members' bad behaviors - Systems Analyst BayCare Health System Employee Review

Sophomoric behavior amongst team members – highly competitive, not sharing info required to do job, talking behind each other’s backs, bullying, and back-stabbing. Supervisor unable to manage team and frequently choose sides; shared comments about whichever team member was on her list at that time with others in the bullpen. The BayCare values of trust, respect and dignity were not practiced by the supervisor or the members of this team. Upper management did nothing to address the dysfunctional and counterproductive behaviors. Unable to work from home
