Pros
The values are the guiding principles behind Baycare. The values are what lead me to BayCare. It is truly like a family. The benefits are great and BayCare offers many opportunities to move within the organization.
Cons
Senior management does not let you make your own decisions. By senior management, I am talking at the VP and even Director level. Often reactive instead of proactive, at least in my experience. No sense of loyalty to best performers.
