Cons
Very toxic environment, cliquey management. There is no room for advancement. I have been with this hospital for over 5 years, almost have a Masters degree in nursing and yet, I am still a staff nurse on one of the crappiest units. I have applied and interviewed for higher positions but if you are not part of their clique, good luck. All the employees are negative and disrespectful. Very bad work environment!
